Ganz besonders liegt uns dabei auch der Erhalt der individuellen Gewohnheiten als Ausdruck der Pers\u00f6nlichkeit am Herzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser erfahrenes Team erbringt Leistungen in der Behandlungspflege (nach SGB V), Pflege (nach SGB IX) und Betreuungsleistungen (nach SGB XI \u00a7 45). Dar\u00fcber hinaus liefern wir unseren Patientinnen und Patienten Essen auf R\u00e4dern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die kompetenten und engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des A&amp;B Pflege-Teams
